Guard reports are delivered digitally. Unlock codes, receipts, and PDF downloads are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery of digital services
Guard by OffSeq supplies security assessments as digital content. There are no physical shipments. This page summarises how and when we deliver reports once your order is confirmed.
Delivery timeframe
Email confirmation is issued within minutes of successful payment. If automated checks are delayed, delivery will occur no later than 24 hours after payment and our support team will notify you.
Access period
Once delivered, reports remain available in your Guard dashboard for at least 12 months. You can download the PDF at any time while access is active.
Geographical availability
Digital delivery is available worldwide. Prices are charged in EUR. If your organisation requires a VAT invoice with intra-EU reverse charge, contact billing@offseq.com before purchasing.
