Returns & Refunds policy

Guard reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. This policy explains your statutory rights and the limited situations in which refunds are available.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, digital content that is delivered immediately and with the consumer’s prior consent is exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period. At checkout you are asked to confirm that delivery starts straight away and that you understand this waiver.

2. Refund eligibility

If we fail to deliver the unlock code or PDF report within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
If a duplicate order is placed in error, contact us within 7 days and we will cancel the extra order.
Refunds are not available once the digital content has been accessed, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

3. How to request assistance

Send your order reference, domain name, and reason for the request to guard@offseq.com. We respond within one business day.

For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably you may escalate to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC). More information is provided in our Terms & Conditions.
