Privacy policy
This policy explains how SEQ SIA collects and uses personal data relating to purchases of Guard security reports and subscriptions. It complements our Terms & Conditions.
Personal data we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone number), company affiliation, billing information, payment identifiers from EveryPay, and technical telemetry used to deliver and secure the Guard platform.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide the purchased report, issue invoices, deliver support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Order and billing information is retained for 7 years to comply with Latvian accounting requirements. Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months. You may request deletion earlier where legally permissible.
Data sharing
We share information with payment processor EveryPay AS, email delivery partners, and secure hosting providers within the EU/EEA. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
